About the Online Store

General

The Online Store provides several methods of searching our catalogue of products and services. The catalogue provides a listing of products and services according to subject area. The Search box permits a shopper to search by any part of a product designation, product ID number, or related keyword or phrase.

Purchasing items is done by first adding them to your Shopping Cart: just click on "Buy" located to the right of each item. Selections are itemized in your Shopping Cart. You can purchase our products in hardcopy, on CD-ROM, or downloadable Adobe® PDF files.

First time purchasers will be asked to register with us by selecting a user name and password along with providing critical shipping and billing information. The order will be manually entered by CSA sales staff, usually within 48 hours. Once the user name and password is confirmed by CSA sales staff, it can be re-used by the purchaser to order products online, without any further need for sales staff intervention.

Account Administration

When a user name and password is confirmed by CSA sales staff, it can be used by the purchaser for various account administration functions. These include the ability to create new orders, change the user name password and also track the progress of orders previously placed with us.
